Our class is scheduled to eat lunch from 10:30-11:00 each day. A lunch menu will be sent home at the end of each month (for the following month) so you and your child can decide on what days he/she would like to bring a lunch or buy a school lunch. It is fun to read through the lunch menu with your child, circling the daily menus your child likes and crossing out the menus he/she doesn’t like. Milk (white, chocolate, strawberry) can be purchased for .60 if your child brings a lunch from home without a drink. Milk is included with the school lunches.

We will have snack in the afternoon after our Encore class. Your child may bring in one drink item and one food item to eat during snack time. Birthday celebrations will also take place during this time. If your child would like to bring cupcakes, brownies or popsicles to share with his/her first classmates to celebrate his/her birthday, that is fine. (Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.)

Lunch “tickets” may be purchased for $42.00 which will provide lunch for 20 days. We encourage you to purchase a ticket rather than send money on a daily basis. Please make checks payable to Prince William County School Food Service (PWCSFS). If your child brings a lunch from home, his/her lunch ticket will not be used for that day. (The lunch tickets are kept at school.)
